Jeevan Jagetiya a highly accomplished Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience and the founding Director of JJ IPO Advisors Private Limited. Renowned for his strategic vision and precision, he has been pivotal in successfully executing numerous SME IPOs and delivering exceptional outcomes in capital market advisory. His vast expertise encompasses audit, taxation, corporate restructuring, risk advisory, assurance services, financial management, and compliance with Indian corporate and exchange regulations, underpinned by a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks.

Before providing IPO advisory and merchant banking services through JJ IPO, Jeevan served as the Senior Partner at Jeevan Jagetiya & Company, a peer-reviewed Chartered Accountancy firm. For over three decades, he led the firm in delivering a wide range of audit and assurance, taxation, and corporate advisory services to mid-sized and large corporations. His notable accomplishments include managing complex income tax search and seizure cases, steering mergers and acquisitions, and offering expert guidance on corporate restructuring and financial due diligence.

In addition to being a Chartered Accountant, Jeevan holds a law degree (LLB) from Gujarat University, which adds a valuable legal dimension to his financial expertise. A respected thought leader in the field, he participates in financial policy discussions and shares his insights on economic matters through media.

Chetan Jagetiya, a highly respected Chartered Accountant, achieved his CA qualification in 2016 at the remarkable age of 21, making him one of the youngest in his Ahmedabad batch. As a second-generation Chartered Accountant, Chetan has built a formidable reputation in the financial industry, with expertise in IPO advisory and corporate finance.

Currently, he is the Director of JJ IPO Advisors Pvt. Ltd., a SEBI Registered Merchant Banker Company acclaimed for its excellence in IPO advisory. The firm offers end-to-end services, guiding companies from the conceptual stage to successful completion of their IPOs, either as advisors to the issue or the company itself. Under Chetan’s dynamic leadership, JJ IPO Advisors has successfully executed several notable IPOs in recent years, solidifying its position as a trusted partner in the industry.

In addition to IPO advisory, the firm provides a comprehensive array of services, including Corporate Advisory, Fundraising, Mergers & Acquisitions, Transaction Advisory, and Post-IPO Support, ensuring holistic financial solutions for its clients.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Chetan is a prominent figure in the Chartered Accountant community. He currently serves as the Treasurer of the Ahmedabad Branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Previously, he held the prestigious role of Chairperson of WICASA during 2021-22, where his leadership was instrumental in Ahmedabad WICASA being recognized with the National Award for Best Students Association in India (2022).

Chetan also chairs the Committee on Financial Markets of ICAI Ahmedabad, reflecting his profound knowledge of capital markets and his dedication to advancing the profession.
